Printing Methods
- Screen Printing：Requires plate making and supports up to three colors. The colors are rich with strong adhesion, suitable for non-woven fabric, cotton, and canvas materials.
- Digital Printing：No plate making required; directly inkjet printed on OPP film, suitable for small batch production and diverse designs.
- Gravure Printing：Requires plate making; ink is printed onto OPP film material through engraved cylinders.
- Sublimation Printing：No plate making required; dyes penetrate the fibers under high temperature, resulting in long-lasting, vibrant colors that are resistant to fading.
- Heat Transfer Printing：Requires plate making;Transfers full-color designs onto surfaces through heat and pressure; suitable for vibrant images and photo printing.
Production Time
For all types of tote bags within 1,000 units, production will be completed within 3–15 days. For orders exceeding 1,000 units, the production lead time will be determined based on the actual quantity and complexity.
Delivery Time
We offer free global shipping, with an estimated delivery time of within 20 days. For urgent orders, air express delivery is available and can arrive within 7 days, subject to an additional shipping fee.
