1. Retail Orders
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Bulk Custom Orders
All bulk custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not meet agreed technical specifications.
Since custom orders are made according to the customer’s design, differences in color, style, or perceived craftsmanship that meet industry standards are not grounds for return or refund.
If you receive a defective or incorrect custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos, and we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
