1. Retail Orders

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

2. Bulk Custom Orders

  • All bulk custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not meet agreed technical specifications.

  • Since custom orders are made according to the customer’s design, differences in color, style, or perceived craftsmanship that meet industry standards are not grounds for return or refund.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos, and we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
